As an entrepreneur, why would I need a board of directors?

After 13 years dedicated to helping Belgian entrepreneurs develop their companies, Patrick Leemans spent 6 years in technical assistance for developing countries, followed by 10 years in energy production for condominiums.

He has alternated between the roles of entrepreneur, partner and director. Today, he invests in projects that give meaning to his life and helps stimulating people and/or projects to develop.

Drawing on his wealth of experience, Patrick shares with us his vision of entrepreneurship and, above all, of good governance.
